African weather

From 28*C yesterday and playing golf in shorts, today's beautiful day gave way to a serious downpour. Since we always need rain here this is no real problem but it did take us all by surprise and we got soaked.

The front garden is now part of the river, with the ducks swimming around the flowerbed having fun. The activity has been pretty fierce around the sugar water bottle. I guess in the rain and wind it is hard for the birds to feed.
