A light snack before dinner

For various reasons we had a surfeit of raspberries and a pre-made pavlova case in the house. The children had had their dinner and were hunting pudding, so this was a light pre-dinner snack for me.

Surprisingly, the raspberry gin didn't really go with the raspberry dessert.
