Making tracks

Tonight we had a track session as part of my running club. This is the team after a hard session.

I felt like I was dying halfway through, but felt better as we reached the end of the session. I'm such a slow starter - by the time everyone else is done I'm just getting my second wind!

Big thanks to Shery, Debbie and Ellie who organised the session. Very good work ladies :)

With a jog to get there and home again, I reckoned I did about 4 miles in total - but they were quality miles!
