Tooth Fairy

A big night in the Mynci household. Corrie, who's nearly 12 now, has so far managed to swallow all his milk teeth, but tonight I heard this one rattling around in his mouth and risked losing a finger to fish it out.

It was only the flinching and blood on his toothbrush when I was brushing his teeth that let me know he even had a loose tooth. He's completely non-verbal, so can't tell us these things. He did refuse his dinner earlier though and demand lots of soft fruit - so I guess that was him telling us.

Corrie, of course, displays the typical autistic indifference to nonsense like the tooth fairy, but he might get a wee treat!
