Mixing with the famous.....

I've been trying to pluck up the courage for ages now to ask for a photo of this gentleman.
He comes into my work fairly regularly and tonight the shop was quiet when I spotted him so thought it'd be the ideal time to totally mortify myself.

With the first flushes of embarrassment creeping up my neck, I asked if he'd be terribly offended if I took his photo. Of course I didn't expect him to say yes. But he did draw the line at standing in front of the 'reduced' stand.... but had no issues with the grapes or bananas :)

I then babbled incessantly, (don't be mislead though, I don't actually watch Rivercity so I wasn't star struck or anything, think I may have told him this :) and blipfoto was mentioned in the midst of it all.

Any person I've told about blip before, has no idea what I'm talking about! would you believe this guy has heard of it??? His friend is apparently on blip.

So anyhow, I've got tons of catching up to do with you guys, and I hate posting without doing so but I had to blip this tonight. I'm slightly amused at this shot too. He looks to be nervously twiddling his wedding band.

Was he nervous or was I scaring him....... I'm not entirely sure.....

Ps: forgot to say how much I love you guys for your comments on yesterday's blip :)) I've not given in to temptation yet but your comments were just fabulous :))
