Brave Blue World

Tortilla.

After two meals today of the ridiculously hot chile sin carne I made last night, I crave something with more bite and a slightly blander-but-deeper flavour tomorrow. Hence a tortilla.

This one has potato, onion, garlic and a small amount of courgette within the eggy matrix. Colour is courtesy of paprika and caremalisation of the onions.

It tastes divine. I'm tempted to buy some Amontillado sherry tomorrow just so I can have a tapas experience in me garden.
