Alex woke up excited to try my first attempt at egg-free cake pops which he had witnessed me icing the night before. He rushed though his cereal and his eyes lit up as I handed him the treat. I grabbed the camera because I knew there would be some kind of reaction towards my less than perfect creation. His look right here says it all. After taking a bite, he looked at the cake pop, that was supposed to taste like heaven, got a super confused look on his face, and said "wait, why doesn't this taste good?" I died laughing. Because mommy couldn't pull this one off.
