..a (white tailed black cockatoo's) tail feather.

A lovely walk with wildflowers blooming and bobtails out sunning on hot rocks.
Sadly one little bobby had not made it through the day and judging by the wounds was probably savaged by a dog or feral cat :(

The feather is 30cm long (that's 11 inches or so). They are BIG birds!!
