Heath and Safety gone mad?

As I mentioned yesterday I had my 3 month follow up with my surgeon this afternoon. Good news is that I'm making progress and I don't need to have another follow up until November. Happy days. And yes - no more crutches! But I am still using my rather nice English walking stick. Well, one has to keep up appearances eh?
