Shooting Down at Tokyo Bay

I called my friend Tim, a great Tokyo-based photographer (www.timdesuyo.com) down for some night shooting of Tokyo Bay. I forgot how windy it gets, as you can see from my blurry shirt, but it also meant a little respite from the Tokyo summer heat.
