Ready for action!

Myself and Caley enjoyed our morning stretch of the legs in some lovely sunshine. Caley may possibly have used slightly more energy than me; he's poised here for more ball flinger action.
Myself and J did another 5k run at Leanachan; to say we were glowing afterwards would be a bit of an understatement. I'm hoping the Sky engineer who was here when I came home clocked the running gear and doesn't think I look that bad everyday!
Boring old bills to pay and a quick cycle to the shop has eaten up the afternoon. The boys will be home shortly: what a quick day it's been!
