Young at heart

Over 50s taking the opportunity to go ice skating in East Kilbride before the schools begin their ice skating sessions next month. The primary schools are also given the opportunity to take part in curling lessons on Tuesday and Wednesday from October.
There is an after schools club on a Monday evening for those young people who wish to take up the sport. This is followed by a "come and try" session for adults who are also keen to try the sport.
