that is forever Canada??

For years I have been driving to and from the west country and passing a sign on the Honiton bypass to a Canadian memorial chapel. I have always assumed it was something to do with the second world war but until today haven't got round to stopping to have a look. It turns out that this tranquil corner of Devon commemorates the first Lieutenant-Governor of Upper Canada - more details here
