'Norman' at Embsay

This is ‘Norman’, currently visiting and in service on the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway, a preserved heritage steam railway near Skipton, North Yorkshire. The railway runs between Embsay and Bolton Abbey. ‘Norman’ is an RSH (Robert Stephenson & Hawthorn) 1943 Austerity engine, and while many of the young visitors to this railway line come hoping to see Thomas, he of Thomas the Tank fame, they do seem quite happy to ride along with Norman while Thomas himself is being overhauled.
