Biltong

I grew up in South Africa and live now ~20 years in Germany. All that stays tasty in memorys of good old SA is a chow on a peace of dried meat, known as Biltong. I made some and dried it in my new self made biltongbox. It only took 3-7 days to drie, depending on the thicknes of the meat. Obviously with a computer fan blowing the air out of the box, whereas two filtered holes in the bottom of the box allows the air to enter and drie the meat. It made my day today, because it taste devine.
