Did some odd bits of admin. Had a chat with mum and the great auntie and uncle. Went for a run which nearly killed me in the blazing heat! Then sat in the garden reading before making some amazing Thai curry. Pretty tired so spent the eve catching up with the white queen and great British bake off!
