I don't think that this pic needs an explanation. Suffice to say that LottaTheDog wasn't helping at this point!

Good day - got some work done and a top ride this evening on the mountain bike with a couple of Stuarts. Felt sluggish, probably due to scoffing dinner less than an hour before the ride. Have felt a bit dodgy though for the last few days: wondering if that cake I had on Sunday has set me back on my path to gluten-free enlightenment. Anyway, back on the wagon now so hopefully there will be calm imminently.
