linking Upper and Lower towns.

Explored both today: walked the Governor's boardwalk, the plains of Abraham, the Citadelle, the little shops and galleries, followed by a Ghost tour by candle light and a firework display on the mighty St.Lawrence river.

Nit to mention some delicious meals, drinks and gelato :-D
