Take 1 egg

Bam the realisation lightning bolt hit me yesterday! I was taking the dog for a walk not very far when I realised that on a flat straight road I was out of breath. Totally horrified I can home and weighted myself hmm I think I had convinced myself that loads of lager drunk in very hot temps actually did not count as you sweated it off - I am now officially half a stone heavier than my previous best and am starting on that yellow brick road of dieting and gulp mild exercise.....

I have to cut gluten as I have an intolerence that gets more than a little uncomfortable but I also crave the yeasty taste and smell of fresh bread all the time ....

In other news Lewis Is moving back out today to Glasgow will need to go visit him soon - mainly because his good jeans are somewhere in the house and he probably needs them !

I am also off to help in the Kebab shop today - just what I need on this diet a shift working with yummy burgers and pizza .......there is no hope! Off to Edinburgh after that to pick up some ethnic food for tomorrow night and too meet my daughter and discuss our upcoming holiday :) cant wait - I know I am just back but a little sunshine does you good.
