Livorno, Italy

This is the port from which you can access Florence and Pisa but as we've been to those places before, we had a meander round the town itself.

It is a lovely place with a sea-water canal system around the city and very interesting old buildings, one of which is this covered market selling gorgeous Italian produce.

The shoe and handbag shops are rather gorgeous too!
