Baking!

Today's damp morning prompted baking with grand daughter H!

This is not within Grandma's skill set.... not remotely .... and you are not seeing a close-up of the whole victoria sandwich as you would have to stand at an angle of 45 degrees to appreciate it. However, the cake was delicious so the slice picture is justified!
