Inside the People's Palace

Situated in Glasgow Green the people's Palace was built in 1898.Opened by Lord Rosebery who stated it to be "A palace of pleasure and imagination around which the people may place their affections and which may give them a home on which their memory may rest".
Today it's part museum and part winter gardens glasshouse
