Canalside

Bike fixed - new pump bought, one I can actually operate with ease so off we went for a gentle cycle ride along the canal. Probably only 4 miles there, and four miles back, nothing for you spokeheads but has been a while since these legs have cycled. Burn baby burn, I know, it's flat along a canal but the canal path is very bumpy. We braved swans and on the way back sat and watched the swallows swoop and dive. The colours look rather lovely reflected here I thought. And, it didn't rain.
