Oh, OK, a kingfisher.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day - give him a fishing rod and you are in for a lifetime of exaggerated and loosely substantiated stories that can only be confirmed by the bloke down the pub ....

I went out at 5pm with my portable hide, which in fact doubles as a portable sauna ... boy was it hot!

Saw lots of birdlife, but I was concentrating on getting a kingfisher - and hey presto! Here is one.
