A break in the rain & I went outside, all the spider webs had been washed away & the spiders hiding. The grasshoppers had stopped chirruping. But the wasps were around gorging themselves on the blackberries & fallen apples. This one was washing his face on a leaf & gave me this happy, smily shot :)

Utter exhausting day, still getting over the journey yesterday. Starting the 3 day juice detox tomorrow, then doing the 7 day juice diet & then straight after doing the 14 day juice turbo diet, although it says it's not a diet, it's a way of life! The 14 day will take us into yet another holiday we booked up in February - South Cornwall - staying at the same place we stayed in February too, but this time for my Birthday :) xxx
