Country Park Picnic

We met some friends (the ones with the house in the country that I have envy over) at a nearby country park. They brought their cool dog Barney too.

Poor E has a really sore mouth. Started as chapped lips but now theyre all infected and she looks a right mess. So sore and weeping too. I can see how self conscious she is of them and am praying they clear up before they go back to school in september. She's gone to bed with a gallon of vaseline on her face hoping for better tomorrow.
