One step closer!

Well i've fulfilled my side of the bargain and have finally put pen to paper and signed the contract for the purchase of my new house. Now i have to await the return of my buyer from her holiday tomorrow, get the Bank holiday out the way and hope she signs hers promptly so i can rest easy that this time it won't all fall through at the 11th hour!!
