Sick Building

Or rather the car park (or something) of said building. A random walk led me to this building today so this could either be the fateful start of an interesting story or just a random photo of a dead building. This is Five Ways Tower in Birmingham and it has lain empty for a decade since being diagnosed with Sick Building Syndrome. But I noticed today that the lights were on inside. Not sure if that's normal or if plans are afoot to resuscitate it. Stay tuned.
