Bower Bird Nest......

..... found on my walk today this Bower Bird nest tucked away in the bush at the end of our street.
What caught my eye were the blue bits which are put around by the male to attract a mating partner. The information in the ole Wiki on the Bower Birds may be of further interest.

Also whilst there had been meaning to check out some bee hives further down which have been put there by Parks & Gardens to help the lagging bee population which seems to be sadly happening world wide.
