New friends?

It was 'International Friendship Day' and Magellan was very excited to meet some real space monkeys at the California Science Centre.

I thought the place was fantastic and we saw the Endeavor space shuttle, now housed in its own hangar there, and which had been transported through the streets of LA back in September.

Unfortunately, my son had somehow contracted strep throat and was very ill so we had to go to the doctor first thing in the morning and our science centre visit was cut short as although he was bearing up as best he could, he really couldn't cope for too long!
