CELEBRATING PLUM BLOSSOM

Pure white with touches of lemon yellow and delicate green, the plum blossom is a delight.
I made some plum jam a few years ago and opened it recently. It has that wonderful tart flavour of apricot jam. This year I shall make much more as the apricot jam is always depleted before the next summer jam making session comes round again.
