Finally in Queensland

Flight today from Sydney to Cairns. Greeted by 30 degree heat which was most welcome. Picked up our "Scooby Wagon" (big minibus) that will be transporting the 7 of us, and all our luggage, for the next 11 days. Got down to the sea front for sunset - I was dying to put my feet in the sea, but we couldn't as there might be Crocs about (no word of a lie!).
