As is kinda obvious from the photo, today we hired a double kayak, and went out for a morning paddle down the coast. Unfortunately I forgot to suncream one of my arms, so had excruciating sunburn and by the end of the day very definitely had a bit of sun stroke. We went to visit the Roman Basilica, a world heritage site, which was very impressive. Ate out at a lovely restaurant in the evening, unfortunately I was feeling really quite ill by this point, it also turns out I have land sickness, I'm fine when on the sea, but once of land I continue to feel the sea rocking for about 10 hours after!
