Rock experiment

Decided i needed to take some time alone and explore this camera that i've had now for almost 6 months. i've basically been using auto cos i just haven't had the time and space to explore the manual setting. so, i sat on the beach at Big Harbour - it was totally stunning, big clouds, lots of great light...and big rocks! i love rocks, with their interesting shapes and colours. I set out to play around with the same scene, just changing the ISO, shutter speed and aperture...i needed to 'see' how the different settings gave me different results. it was so interesting and i think i have a bit of a handle on it now. need more exploration.... but for now, i think i'm bit further ahead!

It was also just lovely to sit by the water, alone with my camera!
