Two Cockers - with added pink!

This morning early off we went to see MaggieD's Mum. The back of the car was loaded with tools and a stepladder as I had curtain rails to fit on the new double glazing. First thing though was a quick trip to the supermarket. I say "quick" but there is always someone to have a chat with so it seldom is quick at all. Back up the road and a pause to admire the work, a first class job too! Then out with the tape measure, saw, drill, screwdriver, etc and on with the work. in the middle of this, Ali and Phil arrived with Euan & Eve. Great fun all round. Job done and time for a sit down and a quick lunch before heading back up the motorway and taking the girls for a walk along the canal. This shot was taken on one of the mooring pontoons placed strategically along the tow-path.
Tomorrow, one of our friends and neighbours is celebrating a milestone birthday and we are all heading out to a restaurant in the evening. However, while I wash the car in the morning, MaggieD will be popping round with a wee surprise just to get the day started. Would rather like to be a fly on the wall!
