Grey day

It was the annual Culture Night today in Reykjavik, the buses and museums were free, and some of the people who live downtown were offering passers by free waffles and coffee. We went to see some exhibits in one museum, listened to some live music and did some people watching.

The weather was very dreary, with bouts of rain, but it did not deter the crowds of people who thronged the streets. The picture I took almost looks as if it is in black and white, so grey was the day! One can see Hallgrimskirkja, the church I blipped yesterday, in the background
