Howzat!

Started off the day with my usual weekend run. Been trying to hit the gym as much as possible during the week leaving the cardio for the weekends.

We had a lazy morning after this with us all watching Saturday morning cartoons.

After lunch we picked up Granny and Grandad and dropped them off at a friends daughters wedding at the Vu near Bathgate.

After this we visited good friends who live in the area and spent the afternoon there.

Back home and after dinner we all went round to the park. We are lucky that at the back of our rear garden sits the Livingston Cricket Club and although I've never really been interested in this sport it's always good to hear the shouts of a live league match.
