This female house finch is having some molting issues. But she looks like she is doing just fine rocking the punk look!
On another note, notice the bit of dead branch in the shot. That is minor compared to the whole living branch that broke off in the storm that kept us from flying home on Thursday. Now I'm kinda glad our flight was canceled!
