Sunset on Stirling Castle

I drove to Kilmarnock for football and the weather brightened into a fine afternoon. The spirits were also lifted by the end of the day with a 2-1 win which was on balance probably deserved.
The changing weather bode well for evening pictures so it was off around the golf course for sunsets over the Trossach sand Ben Lomond. Many were taken but none too different from previous occasions. I was however quite intrigued by this picture of the Castle with the setting sun just catching it nicely.
I was glad to be able to post a "local" blip for my 600th. Although not formally recognised by blipfoto I think every 100th is a point to pause for reflection. Do you go on for another 100? Should the photo a day be abandoned to become more selective?
But what would be missed? All these interesting pictures and comments from"friends"? Definitely!
So after very brief reflection it's onwards and upwards! 700 and the 2 years are the
next milestones!
