British Summer

Rain, rain, and more rain. Heavy rain, light rain, persistent rain...

Sigh.

So glad we went out on the bikes yesterday, while the sun was out. Summers like these make you long to live abroad :(


Went to a friend's summer party this evening. Luckily she had a large marquee to shield us from the elements. I didn't know anybody except my friend when I arrived, however I had a fantastic time - got chatting to some lovely people, drank far too much white wine, and laughed a great deal.

Got home at about 2am, then thought it would be a good idea to check blip...till 3am... but felt surprisingly OK next morning!
