Great Scottish Swim

Loch Lomond- Maid of The Loch Jetty- 10.30am

Cousin Dave was taking part in this race today and I was interested to see what some Open Water Swimming involved. Good fitness and a wetsuit are required, along with the ability to deal with cold water temperatures. Helps if you don't mind long stringy seaweed too!
