Making it look easy . . .

Meet Kyle Iwamoto, a woodturner extraordinaire, putting a oil shellac mixture on a piece he just finished, taking the time to answer a question from the crowd.
He gave the lidded vessel to me when he finished; never felt so lucky in all my life. The wood is Italian Cypress so it has a wonderful subtle smell. He made three things in about an hour (small bowl, two lidded vessels) - all beautiful.
He - literally - made my day !!
