Heaven and earth

The silver tree in my garden stands tall; a beautiful, ethereal tree more of the sky than the earth which anchors it.

I felt totally depleted on Friday, caught up in worldly dramas. Today started with a long walk on the mountain with the dogs and a friend I haven't seen for ages. Then an extremely painful but comforting trip to the the world's greatest reflexologist. I returned home for a decadent nap in the winter sun. Re-energised. I'm again able to reach up to the sky.
