Utsunomiya

my annventure continued today with a bike trip to Utsunomiya. perhaps it was a good thing that i didn't think too hard about this decision when i agreed to it. because if i had thought carefully about it, i would've realized it was a 40km bike ride there, and a 40 km bike ride back. and i might've chickened out.

but i didn't. and i made the trip.

i was a bit surprised by the amount of stamina that i have and amazed that i lasted the trip. the hardest part was biking in the sun. we had to constantly stop to hydrate and chill out in a nearby supermarket, haha. i'm sunburnt.

the trip back was much easier and faster.

it was a lot of fun. i really enjoyed it. i would do it again in cooler weather.
