Whilst the chiefs are away

We had an unofficial club ride today as most of the runs leaders are away on tour. However G and K stepped in and jointly led a ride to one of my favourite tea stops - The Old Barn at Wadenhoe. Great tea and huge pieces of cake, then back on the bike for our return home.

We were so lucky to see a bike race coming through and here they are with a very dramatic sky behind them. They certainly whooshed past us. they were doing a circuit so we got to see them a few time, just as well as they were so fast.
