Another glorious day

Went swimming at the Blue Bank -went through a whole range of emotions - excitement, anticipation,trepidation, reluctance to go in, fear, terror, regret (at ever having suggested it) ,bracing yourself for the plunge, disbelief (at the icy cold), surrender, relief, exhilaration, joy, relaxation, reluctance to come out, smugness, serenity, exhaustion.
