First shot at a duathlon tomorrow, down in Peebles. 5k run - 20k cycle - 5k run. Really looking forward to it.

Spent the morning at a Scottish Dance Theatre production called Innocence. Arlo and his cousin Ivy really enjoyed it and a free balloon at the end is always a winner (until Arlo's floated up, up and away that is). Then the afternoon was filled with a final trip to the book festival this year, where Granny treated the kids to a book each.

Felt the need for a sports themed tune today, but couldn't think of anything. This classic Smog track mentions running, that'll just have to do.
