Blackberry Arts Festival

Even though it was a rainy day we enjoyed going to the Blackberry Arts Festival. Had a good lunch and ended with a scone with good stuff on it. This collage shows a bit of the fun. Annie and her friend standing under the beautiful hanging baskets, our little gal friend eating her caramel apple, hubby sitting under an overhang to get out of the rain for a bit, then a shot of the "old Hub Store" that used to be the best shopping store for great cloths until it closed several years ago. They have broken up the rooms that are now different businesses. Everyone was so disappointed when it closed. We are glad they kept the name showing as a reminder of days gone by. Paul (the Contraptioneer) is walking by some of the booths that were set up. It was a very fun time. Luckily hubby and I came yesterday (no rain) and had blackberry pie and ice cream. Very good.
