Memories

Occasionally you have a day where you have such a good time it sticks in the mind.

I managed to get permission to do my long Sunday run around 5pm today, dinner started at 7 so I said I would be back just after then. It was hot, windy, dry and deserted and it will stay with me for a long time.

One of those days where it just feels good to be fit and well!
