La Seigneurie Gardens

Today we went on a day trip to Sark with our friends. The boat trip there was calm, unlike the way back!

We hired bikes for the day and cycled around most of the island. Before lunch we visited La Seigneurie gardens, which were absolutely beautiful! I have been here many times, but it always amazes me how stunning it is.

Lunch at the hotel where Mark and I spent our honeymoon and then a trip down to Dixcart Bay for the kids, before we headed back for our boat home.

Everyone had a great time and the kids were really tired when we got back... so much so that we had no complaints about going to bed!
